Curious of how we go from plans to end product?

                                 Let us indulge you with the step by step process of how your home comes together...

1. Create The Canvas: No artist can begin anywhere without a fresh canvas to work with. Your house is a work of art, and needs a perfect canvas to flourish. The first thing we do is groom the land and make sure it is clear of all debris and sits perfectly for our foundation to be solid. Once that is set, we want to make sure it is perfect. To ensure that, we get the foundation inspected by a professional. We will constantly have your house inspected throughout the process. This is to make sure that you have a safe home to live in.
2. Taking Shape: The next step is to set up the walls and floor systems with rough frames. Think of this as the skeleton of your home, giving it the structural integrity to stand tall as the years go by.
3. Now The Important Stuff: At this point of the process, your house is outfitted with all the things that make your life a lot easier; you know, things like plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. We will also at this point begin installing your roofing and siding. All of these processes are then inspected individually to make sure that everything is safe and sound.
4. Keeping You Hot When It's Cold and Cold when It's Hot: After we get the O.K. from the inspectors to move forward, we add the insulation. This stuff serves as a barrier between you and nature, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There are a variety of insulations to choose from, each with their own perks.
5. Make It Pretty: Now we begin adding the drywall and interior textures to your home. We also get going on the outside of your home, adding the exterior textures and finishes. From there, we will install your flooring and counters.
6. Finishing Touches: Your home is almost complete, all we have left to do is add all the goodies to your home. This includes fixtures, mirrors, sinks, etc. This is also where we will have the final inspection done. Once everything is passed off, you will receive a Certicicate of Occupancy.
7. Final Walkthrough: Now that everything is finished, we want to make sure everything is how you wanted it. We will personally go through the house with you and see if there are any spots or items that need to be corrected.

That's it! Your house is now finished, but by no means are we! We take the time after the complettion of your home to ensure that you are completely satisfied with you home. We will check up on you to make sure everything is going great, and if there is anything that needs to be fixed or repaired for the first 30 days.
